KARATE WITHOUT BORDERS INC. (KWB) was created by a group of martial artists (Bart Vale, Noel Castillo, Henry Regalado) in order to provide martial arts students in this country and throughout the world an opportunity to come together in a harmonious and intercultural manner via the form of competitive tournaments, seminars, & travel. Ultimately the aforementioned activities will help to foster both national and international amateur sports (martial arts) competition. The organization is organized exclusively to foster national and international amateur sports competition under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
